ISHAQ AL-MUGHRABI and FAMILY
HO ref A1113687
Detained in Dover Detention Centre, Room 003
Ishaq came to Britain in May 2001 from Jordan seeking asylum and was sent to Nottingham. His original solicitors were Ahmed and Co but he was transferred to Burton and Burton in Nottingham.
In October 2004 he was issued with removal directions. His solicitors phoned the IAA and found that a hearing had gone ahead in his absence on January 9th 2003. It would appear that the first solicitors had not forwarded the information about the hearing to Burton and Burton. They asked the Immigration Appeal Tribunal for an out of time appeal but this was refused.
His two older children have been here more than four years and settled in well at Roslyn Park School, Aspley. They are both involved in out of school activities. The oldest is now at secondary school. His youngest child was born here and is now a year old.
Mr Ishaq is now being detained at Dover Detention Centre, his family have been released from Yarls Wood Removal Centre, but Mr Ishaq will still be deported very soon.
He can not return to Jordan as he feels that the police will not protect him.
PLEASE SUPPORT ISHAQ and HIS FAMILY. THANK YOU
