Supplementary Fig. 1 Multiple alignment of EpFPS with the following FPSs of other organisms: Ganoderma lucidum ( GlFPS, ACB37020), Homo sapiens (HsFPS, NP_001995), Drosophila melanogaster ( DmFPS, CAA08919)and Escherichia coli ( EcFPS, BAA00599). Identical and conserved amino acid residues are denoted by black and gray backgrounds, respectively. The five conserved domains of prenyltransferases are boxed and numbered. The highly conserved aspartate-rich motifs (DDXX(XX)D) is present in domains II and V. The highly conserved amino acid sequences used for primers are marked with *.
