CUB SCOUT PROGRAMS

AT THE DISCOVERY CENTER




TIGER CUB SCOUTS


  • Family Fun

$28 per Tiger Cub Scout, $14 per Chaperone. (Minimum of 60 Tiger Cub Scouts.)
Explore the Discovery Center after-hours at Tiger Cub Scout Night Out. This three-hour program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus dinner, games and crafts.
Connects to these Big Ideas: Family Fun, Community, Go See It, Transportation (if you ride The Bus to the Discovery Center), and Something Special.


  • Global Games

$12 per Tiger Cub Scout, $6 per Chaperone. (Minimum of 10 Tiger Cub Scouts.)
Travel the world and discover the games children play in other countries. This 90-minute program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus a creative workshop focused on cooperative and competitive games from Japan, China and the Philippines.
Connects to these Big Ideas: Family Fun, Community, Go See It, Transportation (if you ride The Bus to the Discovery Center), and Something Special.


$16 per Tiger Cub Scout, $8 per Chaperone. (Minimum of 10 Tiger Cub Scouts.)
Step in the kitchen with our favorite blue-haired friend, Stuffee, to find out how food fuels our bodies. This 90-minute program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus a cooking workshop focused on creating a delicious and nutritious snack.
Connects to these Big Ideas: Family Fun, Community, Go See It, Transportation (if you ride The Bus to the Discovery Center), Something Special, and Make Your Own.
WOLF CUB SCOUTS

  • Family Fun

$28 per Wolf Cub Scout, $14 per Chaperone. (Minimum of 60 Wolf Cub Scouts.)
Explore the Discovery Center after-hours at Wolf Cub Night Out. This three-hour program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus dinner, games and crafts.
Connects to these Achievements & Electives: Family Fun, Spare Time Fun, Party Time, Sing-Alongs, and Be An Artist.



  • In the Kitchen with Stuffee

$16 per Wolf Cub Scout, $8 per Chaperone. (Minimum of 10 Wolf Cub Scouts.)
Step in the kitchen with our favorite blue-haired friend, Stuffee, to find out how food fuels our bodies. This 90-minute program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus a cooking workshop focused on creating a delicious and nutritious snack.
Connects to these Achievements & Electives: Keep Your Body Healthy, and Cooking & Eating.


  • Center Stage

$12 per Wolf Cub Scout, $6 per Chaperone. (Mimimum of 10 Wolf Cub Scouts.)
Enter a world of make-believe and pretend to be someone or something else. This 90-minute program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus a creative workshop focused on theater games and crafts.
Connects to these Achievements & Electives: Be an Actor, Games, and Spare Time Fun.
BEAR CUB SCOUTS

  • Family Fun

$22 per Bear Cub Scout, $12 per Chaperone. (Minimum of 60 Bear Cub Scouts.)
Explore the Discovery Center after-hours at Bear Cub Scout Night Out. This three-hour program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus dinner, games and crafts.
Connects to these Achievements & Arrow Points: Family Fun.


  • In the Kitchen with Stuffee

$12 per Bear Cub Scout, $6 per Chaperone. (Minimum of 10 Bear Cub Scouts.)
Discover stories and games from old Hawaii, and learn about the cultures that shape our island lifestyle. This 90-minute program includes interactive play in our educational galleries, plus a creative workshop focused on our multi-cultural heritage.
Connects to these Achievements & Arrow Points: Folklore & Folk Stories, Community & Family History, Family Fun, and America.
